We’re excited to share our latest set of enhancements that bring more power, simplicity, and reach to your Docusign workflows in Power Automate. Whether you're automating everyday agreement flows or orchestrating complex business processes, these updates are designed to help you do more with less.

Orchestrate flows seamlessly with Maestro + Power Automate

Docusign Maestro now integrates directly with Power Automate, giving you the ability to launch advanced signing workflows as part of your broader business automations.

For example, you can collect approvals or data upstream in Power Automate, then hand off seamlessly to a Maestro workflow for dynamic routing, document generation, and signing—all in one connected flow.

Smarter, simpler template sending in Power Automate

We’ve reimagined how you send envelopes using templates, offering two powerful new actions designed for different use cases:

Action 1: Composite templates: Flexibility for multi-document workflows

Need to send multiple documents like a data processing agreement and a confidentiality agreement in one envelope? The Create envelope using composite templates in Power Automate makes it easy to:

  • Add multiple templates and documents

  • Configure recipients, tabs, and envelope fields

  • Pre-fill identity verification and signature types

  • Customize your email subject and body—all in one streamlined action

It’s built for users who need flexibility and control in more advanced scenarios.

Action 2: A guided template experience that just works

If you're sending a single template and want a quick, intuitive setup, the Create envelope using template with recipients and tabs action is for you.

This action automatically pulls in recipient roles, tabs, and envelope fields from your selected template—no need to open Docusign in another tab or manually enter tab labels.

You can:

  • Instantly view and edit recipient and envelope field info

  • Customize envelope fields with ease

  • Move from flow creation to send in just a few clicks

This action replaces our older template-send flow and offers a much smoother, low-code experience.

Expanding Docusign’s reach in Power Automate

These updates also help you extend the impact of Docusign across your organization, from sending at scale to surfacing agreement data where you need it most.

  • Bulk Send: Upload a CSV and send personalized envelopes to multiple recipients in a single step

  • List Envelopes: Pull envelope status directly into your flows for use in dashboards or custom alerts

  • Enhanced Embedded Signing URL action: Dynamically configure in-person or remote signing based on your use case

  • More enhancements: Including support for signing groups, envelope audit trails, recipient tab insights, and more

Check out the release notes for a complete list of all new actions, updates, and technical details.

These enhancements are all about helping you move faster, automate smarter, and scale agreement workflows with ease—all within Power Automate and Docusign.

We can’t wait to see what you build next!
