We’ve just made a change to our technical support model: developer/API support is now exclusively available to customers with a paid Support plan. This includes Plus, Premier and Enterprise premier plans.

      Free plan customers

Customers with a free support plan (including developers who have a developer account but have not yet purchased a production account) must rely on self-service options, including these resources:

      • Developer Center: Docusign official developer documentation, including API references, conceptual guides, how-to examples, SDK documentation, and pointers to our GitHub resources, SDKs, developer tools, sample apps, and more.

      • Docusign Support Center: Docusign official support documentation, including core user and administrator guides for all Docusign products and solutions.

      • Docusign Community: Our own community forums. Ask questions and get answers from other Docusign developers and experts, not only on developer-related issues, but all things Docusign.

      • Stack Overflow: The leading independent developer forums on the internet, with a vibrant Docusign developer community and company experts who can discuss and answer your questions.

      • Developer Office Hours: Our series of developer webinars, where Docusign staff demonstrate our technologies, show you how to get started calling Docusign APIs, and answer questions in real time.

Free support plan customers can contact Docusign Sales to upgrade their support plans to a paid plan to gain access to developer API support engineers.

Docusign customers with paid support plans will still be able to create a support case and have access to developer API support engineers via the Docusign Support Center. See how with our support case guide.

      Partners

Docusign Partners needing technical assistance on APIs still have access to developer support and can create a support case via the Docusign Partners portal .
